Terms and Conditions - Ideal Customer Avatar Masterclass

  1. Program Overview
    The Ideal Customer Avatar Masterclass ("Program") is a one-time purchase event designed to teach small business owners and solopreneurs how to identify, understand, and engage their ideal audience using AI tools. The Program includes live training sessions, Q&A, and exclusive community access.

  2. Payment Terms and Commitment
    2.1 Payment
    The Program requires a one-time payment of $97.
    2.2 Commitment Period
    By enrolling in the Program, you are committing to full participation for its duration as specified in the course details. This is a non-cancelable purchase.
    2.3 Payment Processing
    Payment must be processed successfully to gain access to the Program.

  3. Refund Policy
    The Program has a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Non-participation

    • Dissatisfaction with the Program

    • Technical issues on the member's end

    • Change in business circumstances

    • Personal emergencies

  4. Program Access and Delivery
    4.1 Access Period
    Program access begins upon successful payment processing. Access will remain available for the Program duration.
    4.2 Program Components
    Attendance for live sessions is encouraged but not mandatory. Recordings will be available after the sessions. Community access is contingent on adherence to community guidelines.

  5. Member Responsibilities
    5.1 Technical Requirements
    Members are responsible for maintaining an adequate internet connection and appropriate devices to access Program content. Technical issues on the member's end do not constitute grounds for refund.
    5.2 Community Guidelines
    Members agree to maintain professional conduct. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal. Sharing of Program materials outside the community is prohibited.

  6. Intellectual Property
    6.1 Content Ownership
    All Program materials remain the property of the Program creator. Members may not share, distribute, or resell Program content.
    6.2 Member Content
    Members retain rights to their content shared in the Program and grant permission for its use in community discussions.

  7. Program Modifications
    Program structure may be modified to better serve the community. Session times may be adjusted with reasonable notice, and additional resources may be added throughout the Program.

  8. Termination
    8.1 By Program Creator
    The Program creator reserves the right to terminate membership for reasons including:

    • Community guideline violations

    • Inappropriate behavior

    • Sharing of proprietary content
      8.2 No Relief from Payment Obligations
      Termination does not relieve the member of payment obligations.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    The Program creator is not liable for member's business results, technical difficulties, implementation challenges, or conflicts with other members.

  10. Agreement to Terms
    By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these terms

  • You agree to the commitment and no-refund policy

  • You accept the payment obligations

  • You will adhere to community guidelines
